In addition to hypnotherapy, I offer the transformative practice of guided meditation and total consciousness exploration as well as teaching my clients self-hypnosis.

In your sessions with me, I will advise you on how to do your own Self-Hypnosis practice each day so you can continue to make the changes you desire in your life.

One of the most amazing things about Hypnotherapy in my option is that after 4-8 sessions, you will understand the powerful tools and techniques yourself to do your own work. Thus, you are not beholden to me or anyone else to continue long term therapy sessions.

Guided meditation provides a unique opportunity to explore relaxation and inner peace through my guidance as an experienced practitioner. In guided meditation, you'll follow my soothing voice, often coupled with hypnotic music, which can be particularly helpful if you find it challenging to maintain focus during meditation on your own. This practice allows your mind to gently wander within the parameters I set, promoting relaxation and helping you access deeper states of consciousness and well being.

In my guided meditation services, I offer a unique blend of relaxation and self-awareness. Sessions are designed and created with you in mind and cater to your specific needs. Our minds often tend to wander, making it challenging to maintain focus during meditation. As your guide, you'll find it easier to center your thoughts, achieve relaxation, and delve into a state of profound calm.

Total consciousness and out-of-body exploration (OBE) present many interesting experiences; these include vibrational state fears, thought forms, self made and external energy creations, contact with non-physical inhabitants and countless other issues.  However, the single most pervasive issue we experience is our own indoctrinated mindset and state of consciousness. Our ability to effectively explore thought responsive realities is often blocked by our own conscious and subconscious mind. During every experience we carry with us our individual mental baggage including our subconscious fears and limits. Over the years I have come to realize that this is a critical issue that is seldom addressed.

In many of my sessions I use a form of music called Binaural Beats. Binaural Beats is an illusion created by the brain when you listen to two tones with slightly different frequencies at the same time.

The purpose of using Binaural Beats therapy may differ among individuals. Some people may need help decreasing their anxiety, while others might want to increase their concentration or deepen their level of meditation.
